the mop pads should be made the size of a foot ball field. it is reusable. they only need a good size boat with a crane to roll it out and pull it in, squeeze the oil out and use it again.

i did not know this. oil companies have a cap of $75 million responsibility for oil spills.
that means the entire Bush administration and all of congress was paid off by big oil. i am sorry, my mistake. Bush family is big OIL.
now a few any senators want to introduce a bill for a new cap of 10Billion per spill.
there should be no cap at all.
