I'm simply stating the fact that asking if the stove was hot is the due diligence and if you decided to touch it after believing what the cook said and got burnt, next time I would ask more questions before sticking my hand on the burner. The question and answer is due diligence, whether or not you believe the answer (right or wrong) is up to you. Of course that is my interpretation of it and how I end up drawing my conclusions. mAybe thats why im not rich yet idk lol.

If you were trying to figure out if a stove element was hot, and the cook standing by your side continued to tell you it is cold, even after your touched it and burned your finger, would you continue to solicit his advice or opinion? Having proved himself either incompetent given his inability to evaluate the state of the stove or having ulterior motive in seeing you burned is irrelevant, but your continued trust in him as a good source of information speaks volumes! Now tell me again about -DD.cc1970-
