I agree. I think these spinoffs are necessary so that they can raise the capital necessary to grow the individual businesses without diluting shares of ACDU. This means that these companies SHOULD be able to grow significantly faster than they would just off of direct funding by the core company alone. I imagine we're going to see some pretty significant growth over the next couple of years as these things start falling into place.
