I think that when ACDU files the registration statements (probly an S-1 form) the stock information (symbol, cusip, ...) will be established for the subs (assuming the registration statement is considered effective).

Then, I think the stock might trade on the greys, but I think ACDU said they will seek out an MM to sponsor the subs to be quoted on OTCBB.

ACDU, IMO, is working as fast as they can because right now My Pleasure if funding everything with their own money. What ACDU is doing is a cheap version of an IPO for their subs.
