Kruy, why can't or won't the SEC investigate the naked short angle here? or can they hide behind the counterfiet shares and say its not possible to prove nns? there's more to this mess than megas's lack of fiduciary responsibility to his publicly traded company.., but it keeps being avoided.. someone needs to have all issues related to this mess responded to.. not just pino/pammy's role and outcome and megas failure to file timely... how do we get the other angles responded to in particular the naked shares issue sold by the brokerages who never halted the stock and hie behind the dtcc lock? why cant mary step on that issue a little ?
Yeah, one has to really worry about the SEC, these days, in case they come up from a session of porn and actually perform. Three years before Pamela was indicted. And yet, she is still in business. The SEC needs to have its heads handed to them, and communication with them over their rules and threats are all bs.
One doesn't "communicate" with criminals, one sues them.imho.
