You know why, because we have a disrespectful, un-cooperative CEO who would rather stand in the shadows and call them names then assist in any type of productive activity designed to accomplish what he claims he wants, to get his company trading. HMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!
Because it's obvious to investigators there is no naked short issue of consequence here..what is of interest is what Megas's insiders were up to during the supposed short selling, or rather.. dumping of shares during the time in question...and what connection Megas has to that..but Megas would rather have this rovoked than say one word.
Also understand even Megas has never claimed naked shorting as the problem....look at his filings...we've discussed this at length many times before.
