Wrong. Megas was warned by the SEC long before the PR that action was being considered and forthcoming against the stock if he did not comply. The baloney about the revocation messing with Megas's "timeline" is pure BS. Of course, this was denied by those soliciting donations until this SEC response was posted. Did you think people would forget Arkait?
