Spanish newspapers published news about the alliance between IBS and Biocelenergy. These newspapers are of great renown. I think one of these newspapers is "Expansion", which is the best-selling financial newspaper in Spain. I think it's interesting to find more information in the Spanish media. I have read news about IBS for five or six years: The company has connections with Argentina, and is a scientific team capable of obtaining fuel from carbon dioxide. This is something formidable.

The Valencian company claims to have developed IBS to produce bio-petroleum system in minutes. The process involves treating sludge from sewage plants by recreating the conditions of temperature and pressure at which organic wastes are underground.
To carry out this initiative, IBS has signed an agreement with American company Biocel Energy. This agreement enables IBS to install the technology in open Biocel plants in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The companies intend to complete in 2010 the installation of five plants, which will be a business of about $ 10 million to an entity based in Paterna Valencia.
