Reading those Spanish Press Releases led me to check Biocel Energy. They are located at the same address as ISPIE and Chris Hamilton is the main guy for both companies.

Maybe there are plans for a merger or some type of agreement. I also found this piece of info when I googled Biocel Energy.

Some speculation:
It they are the same and Biocel has a market cap of CND$ 30 mil with O/S 30 mil, that's a dollar a share. ISPIE has about 62 million O/S, so if the market cap is 30 mil, that makes a per share of about 48 cents, which is a bit higher than .017 cents a share. Not sure if this is the best way to determine pps. Does anyone else know?
