The process involves treating sludge from sewage plants by recreating the conditions of temperature and pressure at which organic wastes are underground. To carry out this initiative, IBS has signed an agreement with American company Biocel Energy. This agreement enables IBS to install the technology in open Biocel plants in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The companies intend to complete in 2010 the installation of five plants, which will be a business of about $ 10 million to an entity based in Paterna Valencia.
