Here's my thought....Mineseekers current technology was not at a MASS level ( TOOK TO LONG )....they were and are making strides in the right direction but it was not on a commercial level.
It's my belief that QASP has came in to handle this through mineseeker operations via IAF. Also i think it would be good business instead of mineseeker paying for the technology to build a joint venture ( Mineseeker Operations ) in which the one who has the capabilities, technology, infrastructure, etc....of ridding these mines has a majority ownership. Wonder who that could be?
I dunno I could be completely wrong of course IMO.... But i'd like to hear your thoughts on this as well "JT69" and any others.
Well, it is my opinion that they see something in dean and sold a controlling PORTION to dean so he was motivated enough to implement HIS plan for an old BVI shell teh had laying around that had done nothing since its inception in the early 2000's.
I agree with you here sort of...why would anybody sell a potentially profitable endeavor to a another company? Well my guess is that dean gave them enough to peak their interests and showed them enough to close the deal without giving up all the cards as to the how-to's and the nuts and bolts to him specific plan. They must have seen enough and have enough belief in this business genius (my opinion) to roll the dice with him. Dean never gives up all his cards when closing any deal imo.
This is why i feel he is so good at this, he is a very intelligent and cagey old guy who has a lot of experience in the acquisition game.
But you are right who would do this unless they have seen things that would make you say HECK YEAH!.
