I am of opinion that mineseeker and the loan are tied togethor in some way I haven't been able to completely put togethor, Yet. More will be revealed, soon.

Banker, would part of Mineseekers purchase price include shares of the Company? Would the MS brass be interested or even ecstatic to receive a sizable position in QASP were Dean to lay out his whole business plan for them? Maybe they have seen some incredible potential in the future value of the company, as seems to be the case with Inver? Could a presentation such as Dean's business plan have some bearing on why a company might choose Quasar as it's buyer?

Also, while QASP is getting a majority stake in MS Op., it seems to be the case they are getting a stake in all of QASP (which is so much more than MS). Guess they thought it was a fair trade.
