It's my belief that QASP has came in to handle this through mineseeker operations via IAF. Also i think it would be good business instead of mineseeker paying for the technology to build a joint venture ( Mineseeker Operations ) in which the one who has the capabilities, technology, infrastructure, etc....of ridding these mines has a majority ownership. Wonder who that could be?
I dunno I could be completely wrong of course IMO.... But i'd like to hear your thoughts on this as well "JT69" and any others.
