Well Investorman, imo you're waiting for some extra cheap shares looking at your way of interpretation... no problem with that. Do your own DD. I'm accumulating as well b/c I like HRCT's fundamentals, market, team, products and outlook. So far, 2004 has been good again for me with AMHI.OB, XING, GOOG, SHRN.OB,JNPR, LNUX... HRCT is my next target for plenty of good reasons. Buy low, sell high, diversify and don't fall in love with a particular stock. TA says HRCT is a hold/buy here (D-curve + stoch/MACD/CMF). GLTY Ed

Investorman, Hartcourt actually is headquartered in SHANGHAI!
You write: "they just disconnected the phone in Furutani's office", lol;) Imo you see it little bit too bearish.

Secondly, when he says 'market is wrong', it's plain and simple WRONG.... Imo he's in the best position to know this b/c he's much more familiar with HRCT business plan and strategy 4 the long run.We only see/judge it from the outside. Plenty of interpretations possible depending from the corner you look at it. Besides the dd we have from the filings, time will tell the real outcome for this stock and imo it's up from here.
