Today I emailed Paul and asked if Nadine lied, misrepresented the truth, or if lawyers really did delay the PR. My question basically stated that why was a secretary the face of the company and spokesperson verse having the head of XMDC being the one who was informing shareholders of the status of the complaint.
Nadine responded and chastised me for even considering she lied and said Paul was really busy and that was the reason she was responding to questions.
It just seems to me that Paul should be the one responding and we should not even know who Nadine the secretary is, oh well, I've lost so much on this all I can do is cross body parts and hope for the best.
I did visit while in Ca. and was not impressed, wished I was because my wife is pissed about the losses I've incurred, but really not impressed by the whole situation. Hope this works out because my shares bought at .043 are really sucking air and I'm not getting a real warm and fuzzy feeling with nadine being the person who is updating shareholders while XMDC remains silent.
Visit update:
Stopped at the office and door was locked, knocked and Nadine answered, introduced myself and talked to her for a short period of time. She indicated management was in Orange County with lawyers in litigation. I asked for a tour and she indicated no one allowed in when Paul not there.
Nadine seemed nervous so I said goodbye and returned to my hotel. Once I got to the hotel I called her back and told I had a couple pages of questions for her but that she seemed nervous when I was on site so I didn't want to start asking questions standing outside. She indicated they have had two people cause trouble and that is reason she was nervous.

2) # of employees - quite a few, Paul needs to answer for exact
3) How many companies do you answer phones for - I work for XMDC and answer for Blvd Pharmacy when they are not in office
4) Any contact with Sam since complaint - No Comment
5) When was last Sam contact - Prior to complaint being filed
6) Where is Sam - She doesn't know but believes Paul does
7) Was there a working device shown in the USA - yes
8) Can I see the purchase agreement - Lawyers said no, Paul is trying to get a response letter to post from lawyers saying he can't share it during litigation
9) Engineer contacted - yes a couple have been contacted by Paul
10) Engineer hired - Not sure
11) Status of up listing - Not sure
12) Status of up listing audit - Not sure
13) KFDA process - Not sure
14) Was Sam handling KFDA - Not sure, but didn't think so
15) YE Financials - Auditors are finishing them
16) Is there a contract with Law Firm - Yes
17) Can it be posted - Will ask Paul if he can post contract
18) Why didn't Sam take all shares - No comment
I felt Nadine was very nervous when she unlocked the door. But if two people had already shown up and made trouble I can understand her concern since she was the only one there. Or it could have been nervousness about someone being there.
However, when I talked to her on the phone she was very sincere and answered every question I had.
I asked if Paul could call me back to answer some of my questions that she could not. She took my phone number and made no promises. So I will see if he calls me back.
Nadine seemed very defensive and protective of Paul and management in the sense that they were being treated unfairly for how this turned out. She said they worked hard to get the deal done and were now working from 4AM to late at night and on the weekends trying to resolve the situation.
Bottom line I still have no clue if this is all BS. So read this and and take from it what you want.
All I know is Nadine was nice to me and answered all of my questions that she could and said no comment when it was a Paul question.
If Paul calls me back I'll let everyone know how it goes.
