That was back on January 25th... We are now getting close to week 12 of that timeline

Also January 25th: "XTend is hopeful the new site can be up within the next week or so"

We are again on week 12 of something that should have been out 11 weeks ago.

I'm sure there's a lot PL can't say right now, but I don't see the reason why a PR couldn't have been released around the same time the lawsuit one came out just simply stating due to recent events our foreseeable time lines have changed and once we know the new time lines they will be released. I don't think that would have dragged the PPS any lower than where it went to. I guess I just want someone from the company to say "Hey, you know what we made promises and plans we couldn't keep" And I know in any start up business there are set backs, but they seem to keep coming one after another with XMDC
