Thanks Lucky. That is quite a list, does not look like a 'quick' fix at all.

More proof that MD was in way over his head and took a lot of money from investors with no clear idea what in God's earth he was doing.

Someone said he was a miner, right? Looks like a dreamer more than anything.

Lucky_1, Good job staying up to date on the DNR site. Looks like WUCC has some work ahead of them in answering some of these questions and submitting some proposals on what they intend to do. And yes it does take a little more time in reviewing and getting approval from government agencies, but it could be worse. Lets hope the STF comes through soon. IMO

Thanks also Lucky, it does contain some challenges to say the least.

Sticking with my normal 1/2 full outlook, this list is a very good thing, because it finally provides the visibly with which a time line /schedule can be produced, AND will provide Management the tool to provide direction to the troops, we can finally create a target and something we can get our arms around!

NOW lets bring back the troops (crews), get to work, and bring this "bad boy home" I can't believe that this cannot do anything but help with obtaining some financing as well, but maybe I am dreaming and should throw in the towel and look elsewhere for a Gold Rush, like some others........ NOT

Excellent DD Lucky! Now we know more about intentions and obstacles. I am glad I do not have to personally respond to all of these requirements. Lets hope MS has the right consultants to satisfy them.

The most concerning part of that document for me is this statement

106.2 - 9

"Most of the copper minerals have actually reported to the tailings in the material processed to date"

Let's hope they can reprocess those and figure out a way to not have this happen in the future.

As to groundwater contamination, if most of the copper is in the rocks in the first place and we're not pulling it out, wouldn't the possibility of contamination be essentially the same as if we had just left the rocks there and they got rained on?
