Lucky_1, Good job staying up to date on the DNR site. Looks like WUCC has some work ahead of them in answering some of these questions and submitting some proposals on what they intend to do. And yes it does take a little more time in reviewing and getting approval from government agencies,but it could be worse. Lets hope the STF comes through soon. IMO
