What companies do you see? Besides MJNA?

Where's all the action the mmj industry is huge. The largest cash crop in the usa. As I see it there are only 3 public mmj companies. I don't see the revenue streams for mjna????

Haha CBIS? Are they a Gas and Oil Company? What do they have to do with MMJ?

You live in Florida hermo-so, why don't you do some CBIS DD for us.?

Tell me who is behind the curtain, thats not your address is it?

HESG is the Sleeping Beauty of the industry, not the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing.... Or it could be just my lump of coal.

"That is also why I think it is incumbent on any investor in segments like this one to be ever vigilant and extra circumspect because of the high "PROBABILITY" that there is a "Wolf in Sheeps Clothing" amongst this new emergent herd"

Bravo my friend

CBIS better than HESG?

Please let me be clear about this.

First, I'm impressed my post was picked up by Google and sent to me as an alert !?!?!???

I am absolutely very bullish and in full support of every one of these MJ stocks succeding.

The ability and capacity to spur interest and innovation in this sector is extremely critical.

This isn't a brand new world, just in the public markets.
That is also why I think it is incumbent on any investor in segements like this one to be ever vigilant and extra circumspect because of the high "PROBABILITY" that there is a "Wolf in Sheeps Clothing" amongst this new emergent herd, as is the case with human nature I suppose.

Now granted, there aren't any other segments like this one, that I have been able to figure out.

Which is all the more reason to be extra prudent and pragmatic about how these various company principles tell their tales.

Look, not only did this segment not exist before, that means that NONE of these guys were in these various businesses before either.
Maybe a case could be made for Cowan, but more the reason some of these issues are made more clear by him...

So as much as this may be a "market play" for some, I'm for safegaurding my "risk money",,,, given the type of "stock market manipulations" I think we've all seen that has caused such economic havoc an turmoil for so many 'little investors'.

It makes me even more nervous to think this realm of pink sheets is likewise so under regulated to safeguard my money. So, quite frankly, I better be sure to ask all the questions I can think of because it sure seems like NONE of these companies think they are supposed to have ANY obligation to us shareholders whose money they are using to inform us of what is critical information about our investments in their company.

I've been staked and watching all of these plays unfold since it started and I'm not as comfortable as some others seem to be in allowing these guys to simply say what is so without backing it up somehow.

I see that you are urging others on to keep the faith and that is a worthy activity because of what is "perceived" to be a very deep well to tap with this company and therefore their stock.

You stated you have full unwavering support and that is good and admirable but I still have a couple of issues that seem to be bothering others as well.

And I think a very solid reason for alot of these questions still is because this is the one company out of the sector that is doing so well and that we all want to see succeed.

But, why is this stock so subject to negation at this point in its evolution ?

Why is the share price so difficult to move in a "growth" direction with so much good news swirling around it ?

Who is in a position to effect the share price like this ?

Here is one of your statements backing up your assertions that things are all hunky dory and better because of the CFO's extra curricular activities....and again, I hope so too !

#4 Cowan is a go getter, he is not just sitting home inactive

Well, this is what he said himself:
webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:sDF-GeOcaGgJ:thegrowguide.com/%3Fp%3D2254+cannabis+science,+richard+cowen+and+steve+kubby&cd=3&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Needless to say, I was not getting paid, and I was also feeling my age (I am now 69), and I kept telling Kubby that I did not want to continue as CFO

And this comes from the document where he is publicly disclosing the affairs of the firing of the "founder" of this company...

Has this experience ever been put into context ?

http://calgary420.ca/forum/index.php?topic=2170.0;wap2

As long as my name is associated with Cannabis Science, innocent
investors who know me and my reputation, will be investing their hard
earned dollars into a company that is deceptive and fraudulent. Given
what I have learned about the activities of Dabney, Melamede and
Cowan, I believe it is my duty to resign and call attention to what I
believe is an criminal conspiracy to defraud our investors.

Have the shareholders ever been apprised of the outcome of this episode where the company essentially changed hands ?

I think it is a fair and reasonable question to ask if anyone else thinks this saga has anything to do with the share price ?

Isn't there someone involved in this seperation who could effect the share price with their holdings ?

It just seems like there is a 'missing link' somewhere....
I'm not saying the company doesn't have promise, they sure do.
I am just trying to make sure that promise converts to some kind of value add for me as an investor. Sorry this post is so long.

"Well, I personally don't think anything about this scam is funny !

You however are more than mildly entertaining.

"Inside" promoters are programmed to always look past the obvious to pump up the unknown.

So at least we now have full confirmation as to your own mission amd methods, you are a pumper !

Charlie's email only stated the same thing we have all been saying, which is that the "DON" of this organization simply does not think it is important enough to keep his business records straight, or he thinks obscurring them actually assists in covering for him.

Which all goes a long way towards describing how ineffecient and unorganized this company has been and continues to be.

Charlie was NEVER involved in Club Viva Net that I can surmise, that seems to have been all Don's play.

Bruce was never really involved in it either that I can uncover.

Bruce was never an officer of Club Viva Net that I have been able to discern. Apparently Jim Armstrong is the one who was supposed to be managing all the alleged "Payment Processing" for Club Viva Net.

How did all of that action at Club Viva Net lead to a "Provisional Patent" for a payment processing platform ?

And where is that documentaion of that application being filed ?
Who are the parties that filed it ?
When was it filed ?
What company name is on the application ?
Where is the agreement that stipulates that this is a Medical Marijuana Inc. asset ?

And just in case you lost track of when Club Viva Net supposedly changed names and became Medical Marijuana Inc. it was before May 1, 2009 wasn't it ?

And besides, if their intentions were to showcase their transferring of assets to the new entity, then why register a name like this after the fact ?
We all know it takes a minute or two to update ALL these records, why hasn't it been done already ?
