Donald J. Steinberg - Chairman of the Board

As chairman of Global Payout, Mr. Steinberg has had a life-long career in international sales and marketing with over 40 years of experience developing and running successful businesses. His first global marketing company imported and exported retail merchandise worldwide. Mr. Steinberg co-founded "GBI Securities" in the USA and managed seats on all the Stock option exchanges. Mr. Steinberg developed software programs for Trading Option Volatility and implemented these programs at all of the Option Exchanges. While with "Global COM 2000" in 1993, he achieved prominence as Founder of America's fastest-growing Phone Card Company. Mr. Steinberg created and distributed the first phone card vending machines in the United States , as well as establishing relationships with some of America 's largest retailers. In the mid 1990's, Mr. Steinberg founded and ran "One World Communications", the largest International telecommunications sales in the world. In 2002, Don launched "Vivanet" to provide additional wholesale telecommunications opportunities to sales agents worldwide. Currently, Don is CEO of Club Vivanet, Inc., an international telecom provider and incubates emerging companies for maturation into public company status.

James L. Hancock - Chief Executive Officer

Jim Hancock has held a variety of senior management, sales and investment banking positions since starting his business career in 1978. Mr. Hancock, as Vice President of Finance at ECM Products, handled the day-to-day operations of this manufacturer and was later appointed President and CEO. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Resources International, an oil and gas drilling company headquartered in Newport , California . In 1993, Mr. Hancock formed his own investment management company, Partner Management Company, which successfully raised and managed over $25 million in investment duns creating an average rate of return of 12% annually.

From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Hancock was President of American Comtel Corporation, a telecommunications management company. During Mr. Hancock's tenure, he procured and managed a nationwide government contract valued at $28 million. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Hancock served as a private investment banker and consultant to companies in developing sales and marketing strategies. In 1998, Mr. Hancock became a Principal of Shoreline Partners, LLC, a middle market merger and acquisition company located in San Diego , CA.

After leaving Shoreline Partners in 2001, Mr. Hancock was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a Board of Director of Global Links Corp., a publicly held company. The electronic debit card business of Global Links became private in January 2003 and formed an equity venture with Electronic Exchange Systems. In August 2003, Mr. Hancock assisted in forming an equity partnership with Electronic Exchange Systems and Global Links Corp. into PayCard Corporation and developed a sales and marketing plan for its payroll debit card program. In 2004, Mr. Hancock was named Chief Operating Officer of Global Links Card Services, a subsidiary of Global Links Corp., where he launched and operated a prepaid Visa and MasterCard program, branded as FastMax Rewards.

In 2007, Mr. Hancock was hired by Continuum Payment Solutions, Inc. an international payment processor, as Director of Business Development. He was responsible for integrating new multi-national companies with virtual payment and Visa/MasterCard payout solutions. In 2008, Jim became Chief Executive Officer of Global Payout, headquartered in San Diego , CA

Michael R. Haefer – Vice President, Program Management

Michael has had over 10 years of experience working with ATM/Debit Cards through his consulting work with Star Systems, Inc. Under the STAR network brand, Michael helped launch new services and features instrumental to banks and credit unions. His work on marketing materials, special projects and the day-to-day challenges in today's rapidly changing card industry have positioned him to have a unique perspective on how Global Payout can best meet the needs of the end consumer. By developing value-added services that cardholders really utilize and through his work with the back-office support and operational issues associated with any new product, he is able to make recommendations and develop the procedural aspects of Global Payout's exceptional client support system. With a hands-on approach, Michael believes that every Global Payout client deserves exceptional customer service, and is constantly striving to improve the client and cardholder experience with our company.Education: Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Christopher (Kip) Long - Executive Vice President, Business Development

Chris is a veteran of the Stored Value/Pre Paid Debit industry having started in 1998 in the field where he helped establish one of the first industry ISO relationships with a joint venture group. His group opened up the first "retail" Pre Paid Debit Card sales and distribution channels in the United States. He went on to being a partner in Planatel, a Debit Card group based in Denver, where he further expanded on the retail debit card by creating and implementing one of the first "Payroll Debit Cards aimed at the Direct Sales and MLM communities. As a partner and EVP of a start-up form names max Cash, he helped establish numerous domestic and foreign alliances for the marketing and distribution of Pre Paid Debit Cards. From 2003 until present, he has been an Industry consultant to numerous Sales and Marketing firms both in and out of the Stored Value Arena. In 2008, Mr. Long was named Executive Vice President, Business Development of Global Payout, where his role as Lead Sales Agent has been invaluable. He holds degrees in English and Journalism from Adelphi University in Garden City NY.
