Janice this is a touchy subject for me.... Being new to the game, I'm surprised Roger Riney CEO of Scottrade is also a President for Knight Capital. It would seem to me there would be a slight conflict in the best interest of investors and account members.
What do they call it? Moral Hazard? Scottrade, Inc. Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer Current Knight Trading Group, Inc. President Current Knight Trading Group, Inc. Board of Directors Current
What gives them the right to restrict stocks while other brokerages continue to trade those same stocks. Maybe if NITE also stop trading and shorting those Rogers restricted stocks, it would seem maybe just a bit more fair.
Is it to much to ask for just a bit of truth and transparency in their market?
