That is worse IMO. That means Dean can now increase the dilution more since he has to give less to the lender. More dilution means lower price. When Dean comes out with a PR stated that the A/S has decreased then we can breath. We can now assume Dean will dilute the stock more than he was going to originally.

we are so close it would be crazy to ride this far and bail but you know people -looks like we may close green -lol
