Don't hold your breath that the A/S will be lowered. No problem with it where it is IMO. Dean has committed to reducing the O/S which will tighten up the float and that's what will move this stock. If the O/S goes up temporarily that's just taking care of business.
Don't know that it really makes a difference, though I would like to see the A/S decreased along with the O/S decrease (which I really hope we see soon in large chunks). You could even spin it as a net plus because he dilutes the shares freed up to retail, he is at least getting more $$ for the company, whereas, if they were still going to secure the loan, it still doesn't change the $350 million amount.
