Cat - only 5 trades in the last 1/2 hour - not much of sell off if you ask me - proof that the market in general looks favorably on this NR. Although for those of us that have been in this stock for a long time, it is somewhat frustrating, however knowing that the company won't have to pony up 40% of the O/S now but something less is just compensation for the wait especially for the dedicated longs.
