mo-john... IF I felt that way.. that there was no hope.. I would sell my millions of shares and move on... But Neither I nor Pike are closing out our positions... I don't like all of the actions that got us here.. I am sure no one does.. BUT we each should look at the REAL value of the products and come to our own conculsions where we are going.. Me.... I am thinking UP... Sorry I am NOT in the camp of the people who claim PIKE is an idiot and/or his backers... and that he is going to sell at a loss down here.. BUT do as you want... I will close with this.. WALMART... CVS.... WALMART... CVS... AND MANY MORE... GROWING & GROWING

I agree that no 10k is unacceptable but it does not mean revocation is comeing any day. Many companys do not report for years before revocation proceding start. There is a company revoked last month that failed to file since 2003. The sec works very slow. There are many others as well, check the sec web site.
