mem22 - unfortunately for us longs the results are an indication of the likely outcomes. No 10K to date, is completely unacceptable. Your are asking for proof, no 10K to date is proof for concern. If you get shot in the ass, do you need to see the bullet, no, the results speak for themselves. FYI - the mutt brothers have shot the SPNG shareholders in the ass.
