revocation or not - that is amost not relavent. The stock is "dead wood" until management cleans up its act (no pun intended). Lets say, just for agruments sake, revocation is an impossiblity... does SPNG become a buying opportunity? The answer is NO! The basic fundamental have NOT changed. Which no 10K, no credible, audited, information from management todate. Stock remains "dead wood".
