I like this as a tagline: Without your computer no one can pretend to be you.

The id.wave.com OpenID service is VERY nice.

I use my Dell E6400 Latitude notebook with activated TPM.

Steven Sprague has for a long time been emphasizing the feature that we as users authenticate ourselves to the machine/TPM and the TPM then logs us onto the target website. Well, this new realease does it in a very compfortable manner:

I can log-in to any OpenID enabled site with my OpenID, and after a short couple of seconds my PC asks me to accept (or reject) the connection request. I can accept with password or biometrics. Very, very nice indeed.

THAT IS THE WAY TO GO! This surely must become a killer app as we go forward.

re: id.wave.com

The most notable thing I notice with the new site is that it works with Google Chrome browser. Prior to today, the site only worked with Internet Explorer.

awk...A question for you....

SAML
You can use your OpenID to access web services such as Google Apps and SalesForce, that are protected using SAML (Signed Assertion Markup Language).

To enable the SAML feature, check the box below and create an association to the ID you use on the service provider.

Enable SAML

How do I know which websites that I use are SAML?

TIA,

Jaybeaux

PS...I did notice one cool thing about this. I had logged in to my id.wave.com identity. I looked at the website a bit, and then closed it. Later, when returning to the site to cut and paste the above question, my PC was still logged in.
