yeah, i was surprised at them having a JURY trial instead of only a judge. i believe junp was also looking into suing the Brothers "C" about having client lists and files as well as other corporate data stolen (possiblly to cover up what else they'd been up to or sabotage the corp's financial data so they'd have trouble with sec filings.) around here that's criminal undue enrichment and is usually triple damages ,based on the amount of that enrichment and estimated damage done. but i guess it would be stratigically best to win this case first, makes the theft and enrichment case a slam dunk. imo
