Hey sm, sorry it took so long to reply, but I did do some digging. As of 3/23.. the claim/counterclaim of the "parties" I fore-mentioned has been requested to go to a JURY TRIAL.

BEST! part IMO... expose them JUNP.

I think JUNP has a winning "counter-claim" that cites NUMEROUS instances of the plaintiff's "unscrupulous" practices(BREACH! of contract). Yep, I want the JURY to hear allllll about it. ;)
