Seems like STALL tactics being used by the Brothers "C" NEW attorney... - 45 day extension for "discovery" - HUH?? I would like to know what "additional" discovery docs they need that weren't presented when the case was opened in 2007.. UNBELIEVABLE!

Anyways, I wanted to fill you guys/gals in on the current situation. Hopefully we get a ruling SOON! This case has been going on long enough!
