We obviously disagree but an RS does nothing for anyone's stock value.

Your $10 worth of stock is still worth $10 after any split whether it's forward or reverse. Stock value usually tend to return to the pre-split value so that's why a reverse split is considered bad. So you're not going to drum up any new investors by doing a reverse split. Quite the contrary actually.
I don't know what's going on but I don't think anyone on any of these message boards knows either. Only Cyberlux knows what's going on and whoever they're dealing with.
