The market makers are sitting on the billions of shares, not investors. I'm thinking they have to take the shares from NIR, we just don't know for how much. The Market Makers have to "make the market", but they won't do it for free. Once the buying by investors slows to a trickle, the MM's scream for a RS in order to be able to dump the rest they have into the market on new uninformed investors.
The owners and brokers of the big money involved will manipulate us all in order to recover their investment and profit, since the company itself is not capable at this time..
