If the well is not sealed and all permits are valid, the well will have an allowable. This is a form from the RRC which shows how much you may produce daily on this well. Please show us this form? I cant find a valid permit, a completion report or a daily allowable at the RRC.

Also, if there were one bbl of oil or 1 mcf of gas produced, Ad Valorem Taxes must be paid and there are none of record. Please let us know if this well is producing, why are there no taxes paid?

Brand new to this Board.

Have read a number of posts. Could someone suggest where I might find some DD that is already been done?

I am endeavoring to find out more for myself. I am not a trader ... only buy and hold for some predetermined future price or event.

Appreciate any help.

Corpinfo? Did you send the operator (Tejones) to the Eberle well to verify if the well was sealed or not?

What was his reply to you?
