The facts are it doesn't matter what one man thinks. We own most of the shares and to quote "when the pumping stops" guess what, we still will own the shares, and will not be selling for quite some time. The Harbinger report will be available in due time and that will give us a basic valuation of the company. Even then, we still will not be selling our shares.

i would say that article is refuted by the company's activities. he calls the PR's hype but the company has followed through on all of them so far. the LOI's were all completed, for example. he says that you can't be sure how many shares are outstanding, yet you can easily by calling the transfer agent who is ungagged and will talk to you if you call. and the 350k in shares have been known about for some time and were given out a long time ago and are already in the float. seabreeze has already addressed this issue to most people's satisfaction.

Same tricks they have tried to pull in the past with CDIV........... I love it. Tells me they are desperate! ;-) Adding more next week! ;-)

Not sure what facts you need addressed. They did give the shares out. Those shares have long ago hit the market according to management. No further promotions are going on or are planned. The harbinger report would certainly seem an adequate if not exceptional answer to the issue of a better way to address " company awareness". We have had a PR stating that is being done,what more seems relevent?

Furthermore the company has announced 2 LOI's since I have owned shares, closed both in a timely fashion,I see no issue. sea

The Transfer Agent is ungagged we can tell how many outstanding shares are available at any time.

If this was a pump and dump scam the company gags the transfer agent dumps shares on the market and sells there shares into a promotion.

You can tell that is not being done here just check the OS outstanding shares from the transfer agent.

Go to Nano Cap Gems and you will see GRNO is not a highlighted stock and isn't listed in their disclosure statement. The author has put out incorrect information. http://nanocapgems.com/stock_spotlight_a.htm

I'm not a member and can't tell whether or not GRNO is highlighted by shazam stocks. However, a third party, Ramos&Ramos Inc paid them 200,000 shares for promotion. GRNO didn't pay them. So, that fact was incorrect.

I wouldn't worry about it since the author doesn't seem to understand anything about this being a lockdown play. JMO
