i would say that article is refuted by the company's activities. he calls the PR's hype but the company has followed through on all of them so far. the LOI's were all completed, for example. he says that you can't be sure how many shares are outstanding, yet you can easily by calling the transfer agent who is ungagged and will talk to you if you call. and the 350k in shares have been known about for some time and were given out a long time ago and are already in the float. seabreeze has already addressed this issue to most people's satisfaction.
