Not sure what facts you need addressed. They did give the shares out. Those shares have long ago hit the market according to management. No further promotions are going on or are planned. The harbinger report would certainly seem an adequate if not exceptional answer to the issue of a better way to address " company awareness". We have had a PR stating that is being done,what more seems relevent?

Furthermore the company has announced 2 LOI's since I have owned shares, closed both in a timely fashion,I see no issue. sea
