Patchman you don't even see the naked shorts going through the level 2 selling. It doesn't show up. Watch the Bennett video on naked short selling. Bennett explains it very well. I think Bennett is a hell of alot smarter than you or I.

Anything is possible, but I can't imagine why a CEO/Company with a plan to raise share value would dilute when they are planning to buy up to 50% of the float?? It would do nothing for the value of the stock to pump shares into the pool while buying them back.
