Still one less extra hurdle....As you say the normal process itself is a pain w/o any help...still think the tree huggers had a point...how could they spend so much time and money and not cover all the bases several times...

Once all the news comes out on the committee meeting, it will be clearer where PLM and the process stands. A look at the minutes, or watching/listening to the meeting tells the story, I was there and found we are further from permitting than I had hoped. Its still a long term hold for me even with the setbacks, questions, and possible future roadblocks by opponents.
