"I was there, now its about the 10,000 comments the DNR has to categorize and respond to, that was mentioned by Marty Vadis. He was asked about how long the comments could take, but he couldn't say when that would get done. What I got out of the meeting was this, FEIS by next year. EPA is a major problem, and they (DRN) needs to play nice with them or not get permits. So go fool yourself if you want, but this mine is on lifesupport with all the upcoming delays, in the short term, much better plays elsewhere."
