Once all the news comes out on the committee meeting, it will be clearer where PLM and the process stands. A look at the minutes, or watching/listening to the meeting tells the story, I was there and found we are further from permitting than I had hoped. Its still a long term hold for me even with the setbacks, questions, and possible future roadblocks by opponents.
