The saddest part as of now imo is that I really do feel like a lot of us here did our DD, and that the DD all "made sense". From the share structure, to the history of the product...
It is definitely a sad day, but one that we will all have to learn from...
We all trusted that this company had a vision (which it honestly may have had), and that this product would save millions of lives...
Now in the blink of an eye, we find OUR company (not one of which I am a part of anymore), in court.
Anyone who invested as of yesterday, at minimum, have taken a hit of roughly 70-75%. It all seemed to make sense, and then out of left field comes a court case. I did not expect to wake up to this, that is for sure.
