MMM - I agree, but honestly what would you have done differently? The DD was there, the technology was there, the share structure made sense, we were not getting the BS fluffy PRs.
At some point you just have to believe that the company is legit and is doing what they say they are going to do. The only thing I can really take away from this event is never ever invest more than you can afford to lose.
I did a quick read on the lawsuit and it almost seems to me that Lee may have been scaming since day one, maybe starting over two years ago. But agian how would we have figured that out other than through the delays which had some legitimate reasons behind them. Did Paul/XMDC lie to us, I'm not sure, sounds like he gave lee a hell of a lot of his personal shares so he may have taken a way big hit than any of us.
Bottom line is alot of people lost their hard earned money on promised made and unkept.
