Rainmaker,all he would have to do is show the device to some really credible person,organization,etc..Offer them a few million shares,if it really was a working device they would jump on it.Heh how about he goes on Opra ,wouldn't have to pay her nothing and the word would be out.

I wonder if there is a way to prove your theory, which i think is becoming real, on how paul added all those shares "supposedly" to pay for the bioharp but may have indeed sold them in the open market to us...

I believe there were 150 million shares added to the float between the beggining of the merger and all those pr's paul put out....Paul could of gotten on avg .05 a share equaling = 7.5 million dollars..

Just a possibility based on the lack of info..
