I would like to remind the gentleman that an email is not a PR and that information gathered by one person from another concerning some event, condition, or thing of which the first person had no direct experience is hearsay.
I received a reply from Janet in which she told me to stuff it.

She was very polite and I sent an exceedingly polite email in return. I expressed that I and many other shareholders are anxious and eager to hear more from PTQ in my reply.
Her reply to me stated that we can expect the Q3 summary at the usual time (APR 15, 2010) and that the merits and drawbacks of each spin-off mechanism (POA vs no POA) are still being analyzed.
The rest of my email was sent to Tom Byrne, who I hope appreciates my sense of humor. ;)
Tom Byrne just got back to me. He mentioned he is currently preparing a PR. Upcoming news includes production and exploration updates. He explained that they've been very busy with many projects recently and that he cannot even hint at the nature of the release.
All in all, things sound good. It seems we'll have some news to sink our teeth into soon and that our folks in Panama are diligently working to make this a successful operation - perhaps even more successful than we have imagined.
