Good points about Hop on. Some seem familiar. You post, "If you try to debate this, I will post the court documents..." Why do you need to be debated? If you have data that would help all in their decision making regarding Hop on, simply post the data. Why do you need to be debated or called out before sharing what must be interesting and valuable information regarding the CEO? I'm sure many board readers would love to see the documents.
