I don't "need" to be debated, however, there are a few on this board that try to lie about statements I make that are true, and can be found by looking up documents that are public knowledge. The case number is 08-cr-00157 JVS. All you have to do is log onto the pacer website and you, too, can read all about it. The quotes I posted are from the January 8, 2010 probation revocation hearing for peter michaels. The attorney quote was from document 59. It's really simple to do. However, it will cost you 8 cents a page, which means some of these posters will have to choose between buying a hundred shares of hop-on, or looking at the document!
