steal- you think there is going to be a merger? WOW, THAT IS BIG NEWS. Since Peter is both companies, is he going to look in the mirror and talk to himself? Of course he is. Just like he did with binkyroo. It is so hard to watch you make such incredibly misleading statements about the two companies. The pumpers on the board continue to argue the past is the past, well, history is just about to repeat itself, AGAIN!

pete came up with some money to bring the company out of default, and you act like he walked on water. Most companies make sure they never default. But since Hop-on, binkyroo, net pirates, graffiti wireless, LB homes, SCW online, and uscig are all owned by michaels, it is a big deal when he does something small like stay current on his business license? I guess that is a lot to ask of a company that uses a $30 dollar a month p.o. box for an office, from a guy who claims in Federal court that he has to live with his mommy to survive- that is until he gets some newbies to fund him, then it's back to the beach for ole pete. IMO

If you try to debate this, I will post the court documents, that are public information. Even pete's own attorney, James Riddet, states, "Clearly, Mr. Michaels does not have the most organized financial life." WOW, that is an understatement. Wonder if Riddet has been paid lately? michaels attorney also states that SCW Online paid for his trip to China, at least in part. Riddet goes on to argue that, "what probation doesn't understand is that SCW online is not an electric cigarette company but was formed to financially assist Hop-ON." USA Cig, Inc was formed to sell that product." WHY DOES MICHAELS NEED ALL THESE DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO "ASSIST" HOP-ON? This was argued in Federal court, and submitted by Pete;s attorney Riddet in a declaration dated January 5, 2010. How many people on this board own any SCW shares?



I WONDER if all investors know that michaels only started SCW to fund Hop-On?
