precedence will be set by this settlement...
never before has a private company been taken down by quasi government authority, while still solvent. the premature actions by the FDIC and implications of impropriety by JPM is a first. For those newbies here, you will need to read and research the whole story, avaialbe here in posts, going back to September of 2008. DD is key to understanding the impact and precedence that this envolves. There are no comparrisons.
