I have read every post, every external piece of information I could find, and understand the entire scandal from begining to date. It is unfortunate that you would would assume anyone to be a 'newbie' because they do not post to the board daily, or at all. Part of 'due diligence' is asking questions pertinent to the issue that have not been answered. WMI, JPM, and FDIC will obey the law as interpeted by the court. Do you know of any examples of court ordered decisions where post seizure investors were compensated in any form whatsoever? My question is not a judgment, it is simply DD.
